In addition to the settings associated with the individual documents within your Documents Module some additional settings which affect the entire module may be set as well. These settings can be accessed using the Module Settings page.  Refer to Figure 4 for the following Documents Section settings descriptions:

Use Categories List? - Whether to use free-text entery or list selection for specifying the document category (list values are defined at the Host level).

Show Title Link? - Whether the document title should be displayed as a link or as plain text.

Display Columns
        Name - The name of the field.
        Visible - Should the field be displayed.
        Up/Down Arrows - Used to set the display order of the fields.

Sorting - Add/Remove the fields that should be sorted on.

 Once all setting values have been set click on the Update link at the bottom of the page.
